Ok, then it's probably not related to a specific track/file.
Could it be that auto scanning is triggered in the middle of the normal
rescan for some reason ?
Did you use the system for something else during the scanning or was it
just standing there doing nothing ?
Is there something in the log that indicates that a new scanning
sequence is triggered somewhere in the middle of the normal rescan ?
Does it happens always when you perform a full rescan or only sometimes
?
Do you have any of my plugins installed ? I know there earlier where
some issue where the "TrackStat Playlist" and "Playlist Generator"
plugins could trigger an automatic rescan due to changed playlist
files.
