Right, actually the "network sound card" may be something I would like myself, in order to be more confident for my own use when I have a computer running. Though I am not sure it would be such a bad idea to compete with Apple. People do not wanting to be tied to Apple is a big market. If a Touch could be some sort of "Ipod", of high sound quality, able to handle a big library by itself efficiently and reliably (after all Ipod do that quite well), supporting external USB device (and also able to be driven by another software through a plugin if you feel like it), it could be great successful product. An Ipod with docking station is not such a bad solution and should have more competition. -- nicolas75 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ nicolas75's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=15823 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=89143 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/beta
