The logitech ipad app does recognize playlists when going to them via playlists, but if you save the playlists as faves, then when u go to faves, the playlists, (either type), don't work, it just shows u a link to the file path.
Sounds like a bug - which is unlikely to get fixed any time soon. I strongly suggest you flip a few bucks over to one of the commercial apps.
