OK I have found a cause and a fix for this issue. I downloaded a couple of other Tag editors, and one revealed the cause of the issue. All the titles that caused problems had two Date tags. Both date values were correct, but having two Date tags would show up with the wrong Year in the LMS year listing. Not sure why LMS hiccups on this, but it did.
