Michael, still working on getting the requested files to you but in the mean time I created another Vortexbox server using different hardware and loaded just 4 CD's out on it using the Vortexbox built-in ripper. The problem remains and can be replicated as often as desired.
I think I'll post on the Vortexbox forum and see if another Vortexbox user can try the 'Hide Lossy Duplicates' library view and see if they have the same problem or if this is isolated to just me.
