1) Select the 'New Music' option under 'My Music' but also tried to select music under 'Genres' with the same result 2) Highlight desired selection and press the 'Play' button, music starts to play 3) Highlight next selection and press the 'Add To Current Playlist' and so on for additional selections 4) From the right side window select the 'Save' icon on the lower right of the screen 5) From the left side window name the playlist and press the save button. 6) Playlist is then displayed under the 'Playlists' tab as long as the 'Hide Lossy Duplicates' library view is not selected. This is repeatable every time even after a full scan.
Hmm... I repeated your steps, and the playlist would show up just fine. Can you click the playlist entries to verify whether they're flac or some lossy format? And would you see the same behaviour with other library views?
