And it dumps all the cached dB ,for your local files too, everything . But where is iPlayer storing it's cached info ? Is it the same place ? Some plugins actually have their own cache mechanism ? For the Linux implementations clear cache from the web-UI makes more sense as these are often headless boxes without any desktop or monitor Btw why not get rid of the control panels altogether ? And move the 3-4 settings that's not redundant to the web-UI ( all other settinsg are in the web UI ) it's clear cache and the startup options .And there is the diagnostic tabs for ports in the control panel ( is this Windows only ) ?
