Verk, I'm so glad you dug BSG! It was my favorite game of 2008, and I really want everyone else to like it, too!
For me, I taught my wife--generally a non-gamer--to play Formula De. She ended up really digging it, which makes me stoked. I think I'm *finally* starting to see the kinds of games that she likes to play with me: they've gotta have a considerable amount of luck, to offset my advantage as a rabid gamer, and they've gotta be fast-paced and "fun". I mean, nerds like we think that pushing cubes around and optimizing economies is fun, but she needs some pep to the theme, y'know? I don't think she'd be into stuff too far on the 'trashy side of gaming, as much as I'd love to see her playing Descent and Marvel Heroes with me, but I am gonna be looking for more dice-driven games to try out.
