Most of the downtime we experience is due to database backups.  We're
hoping after this outage, we'll be able to do hot backups so it should
greatly reduce the downtime.  I really wish we didn't go down as much
as we do.  I'm doin' my damnedest to earn the cash to allow for such
luxuries...
