Hi Puneet We shall sure form disciplinary committee as part of growth process.
Almost all members are experienced activist. And the good thing is they bring this experience from various fields, which makes BM a quality socio-political organization. There are many full time activists in BM. Dr. Akalpita is one key example of that. She quit her job as Scientist and working for BM with full dedication. You may like to visit her profile here - http://bharatudaymission.in/wp-content/uploads/akalpita-president.pdf Myself and Raj are working full time as well. There are more full time active members, and we shall publish the info on website soon. We have started focusing on Marcom activity just 3 days back, so we need some breathing room. Hopefully in next 3-6 months all info will be compiled and published gradually. The action groups will be extremely effective with cooperation between full time and part time members. Please join hands to participate in any group that you find a best fit and give some amount of your precious time for Nation's cause.
