*Hi every one, *I am a member from BUM from long time I guess Jan 2005.This is my final semester of engineering in Mechanical Stream.*I wont be replying to group calls that frequently uptill July*.Aside from education* *i work in field of web development from time to time*.*I had helped in making current site of BUM (www.bharatudaymission.in) and am making changes as suggested by members and orders made by party president ( akalpita Jee).*I will keep this posting on website on.*
I feel Yogi jee and Raj jee has done great work by replying all posts and making more efforts in gathering people. I also request other members to come forward and share their experience and work. I also request Anurag Bhiyaa to find out the cost of SMS services of various compaines so we can add them to website.* *We will send latest information of BUM and its activities through sms*. These were and are my recommended committees layout. I request president and general committee to make series of discussion and finalize them. So that we can involve more people in BUM and provide more transparancy and clearity. *As soon as you all finalize committees please let me know I will publish them on website.* 0) Chapter Formation *BUM is a family which gives priority to "freedom of work".* A) For social active chapter *I request members to make a group in your city/village. Plane a task. Do some social work. (if possible take some proof"pictures") Mail your details to this group. We will involve you as our chapter.* B) For political active chapter *You have to give a small bio graphic detail* involving following parameters other then basic detail. *a) Education b) Work experience in your job c) Social work d) Family structure and their basic detail e) Criminal record * For contesting election you have to fullfill all requirements made by the election commission. * *1) Drafting Committee // Finance* This is the head of all departments. It will seek guidance from all committee and plan the monthly activities. As word says "draft" means to sketch the limitations of work and *expenses*. This committee will give funding limits and work limits. Distribution of money amongst chapters according to its laws. *2) Policy Committee* This will be the Brain of BUM-politics. This will draft the political policies (both political and social) Every chapter will have this committee and upto 5 members of this committee can be in central policy committee (depending on size of chapter.) *3) Constitution Committee* It will give proper "legal words" to what we have decided in common language. Lawyers and other Black collared people will be given preferences. Discussion method and other information will be provided to them in theoritical format. *4) Propagation / Information Committee* For propagation every one is a member. Website team will have its members in information committee. Information committee will collect information( in form of extraction of information from every corner and keep it centralize). It will also see that what information is to be shared on website and what with various levels of members. *Information request and RTI will be handeled by this committee.* *5) Records // Magzine Committee* This whole group will be made by minimum 1 member from each chapter i.e members from each chapter will take part in it. Daily records. Meeting minutes Media records Members record Activity records Financial records (This part of this committee will have its members from draft / finance committee) *6) Management *Committee This is an external committee This may be some another NGO, another company or even some paid individual or company. Main job is to brain storm the things going in and out side BUM. *Recommendation* on plans policies and all *7) Character Committee* Most powerful committee. Watch on individual character. Can fire any member and declare him/her as disqualified. All rules should be drafted by the presentation of at-least one member of each chapter. Once rules are formed.Most strictly we have to follow them. *Remember :: "System is not that bad as much bad people we all have become"* * 8) Website Committee* Looks of site. Presentation of things provided by president of party and Information committee will be main drafts. All passwords and critical matters will be shared with the party president in order to maintain the secrecy and security. Expenses will be beard by finance committee. Member selection will be from IT/CS and other professional field. *10) Research Committee* Old politicians,socialist worker, experienced people from various sector of society will do some research for politics as well as social work. No limitation of members in it but there should be outcome from committee *11) Media Committee* How to publish? Where to publish? and what to publish ? Are the three main things they will see. We want to keep this thing more public.So that more and more people can come and join us. *12) Regulation Committee* How long a member can stay in a committee? Formation of any temporary committee? Length of a committee? Member rotation! other duration related work and more.... These all will be done by this committee. *13) Lawyers Committee* There will be lawyers in it.People interested in law can also be a part of it. Protect BUM from any sue. Guide members to be more legally strong.
