Akhil, I have shared a simple spreadsheet with you and others, which can be used to collect key data about the active members. Although, a more dynamic, online facility is desirable, we can start collecting data for the most active members and those who are willing to provide the information. I have also spoken with Yogi to explore a simple dynamic way to collect this data online.
While this is being worked out, you can outline what need to be done for the meeting and which other members will be able to help if it is held in December or January.
