Dear Dr. Akalpita Mam, On 6th May 2009 at 1.49 AM I received a mail from your side mentioned second reminder for National Convo in Mumbai on 30th & 31st May 2009. After that no one in BM was bothered to give their response for the said dates. Suddenly at the last moment some of us realized that we can't make it on the said dates and so it should be postponed and again I started receiving mails for the new proposed dates. Do you feel it is a good practice?? It's my humble request to you please also mention the "deadline of giving our own views" in any proposal which needs members approval. Otherwise we can never come to any conclusion and can never go ahead. Why I am telling you because I am commanding 1700 youths from various parts of Mumbai. Now again at the end moment you will start receiving mails from my 1700 youths asking for date extension. Than again the dates will be extended and than this will become a bad practice. So if we finalize any dates for any activities please don't change it because of some of us. Why because any of us has no bigger status than the party. Mai Bhartiya...Bharat Mera....
