Dear Sandeep Your work is excellent. We are also planning to do the the type of work you are doing around panvel, and your experiences will be of great value. Water Management, reforestation, vegetable farming (organic), vegitable cooperative, creating infrastructure for the villages (transportation, energy, water supply) and employment generation are the key issues for rural development. Exchange of resources between rural (products from land produce for example)and urban areas(technology, knowledge etc) will bring in overall growth.
