Thanks. Just for future reference, how would <$textSkimNotes/> in a  
template handle multiple attached PDF files, each of which had Skim  
notes? Currently each note gets its own bulleted header line with the  
page number and note type, with the note contents on the next line. I  
could imagine the header line also getting some type of file  
designator, but that doesn't appear to be implemented yet (unless  
there's a check for multiple attached files before the designator  
appears--I didn't test that).
