Sorry for not being clear.

I dragged-and-dropped the PDF from my Downloads folder on to the list
of bibtex entries as seen on the main BibDesk screen. That opened the
edit window with PDF already attached. I have auto-key generate and
auto-file set and BibDesk crashed after I entered the page numbers.

I just took a look at the Console logs and I have plenty of "line
length mismatch at scanline..." there. I also have one "FlateDecode:
decoding error: invalid block type" there.

But yeah, it doesn't happen always. Anything that I should look for if
it happens again?
