What is best depends on the situation you really have, in particular what you 
did in the meantime with the .bib file, and also where you save the various 
files. Are they on the same system? How and where did you move the folder? Did 
you move the linked files while the .bib file was open in BD? Did you save the 
.bib file after the files were moved, and in particular did you save it after 
the links were broken? Did you keep a backup of your .bib file where the links 
were still intact? (General rule in computing: You should always have backups 
of your important files). A thing you can try is to move back the linked file 
to where they were before, and see if the links in the .bib file after opening 
are working, perhaps in a backup. Probably the most important thing is that the 
relative path between the .bib file and the linked files is the same as what it 
was before. If that works, you can now move the linked files in a safe way.

Perhaps you can also paste a Bdsk-File field from the .bib file, so we can 
figure out at least what relative path it expects.
