Hello,
I keep my folder with pdf articles on a SMB server and I initially kept the
bibdesk file in the same folder. Now I moved the .bib to one level higher
than the pdfs and this folder have been moved to another place in the
server. The links (either absolute or relative) to the files are now broken.
I discovered too late that bibdesk saves mac aliases and that I should have
used the "save as" command, what should I do now? Is there a way to rewrite
from scratch the appropriate field in the bibdesk file? I only need to
change the prefix of the locations, file names are intact.

I tried with AppleScript but I'm not used to it and I couldn't achieve
anything. Could someone help me?

Thank you very much.

O.M.
