Julian: I would be happy to send you files in a couple of formats as requested 
by the publisher if you email me your .bib file as an attachment. (Don't send 
it to the whole listserv.)

It's shocking that a publisher can't deal with a BibTeX file, which is just a 
plain-text file format that has been widely supported by reference management 
software for decades!
