Unfortunate experience, but I'd leave it right where it is.  Fly by
nighters who regularly accept orders either without the item in stock
or not informing the customer of such, just don't know how to stay in
business IMO. There are plenty of folks out there ready to provide you
with goods and services in an honest and exemplary manner.
