I don't see any reasonable way to do this without a computer. I
wouldn't personally want to route plan for a group that large with a
GPS. The GPS also won't allow for the printing / distribution of route
sheets. I'd actually think about planning out the whole route ahead of
time just to save the headaches of spending multiple hours a week
doing route layout.
