It would be really nice if we can produce a package capable of not only
providing repo/list files to facilitate the rest of the Bigtop deployment, but
also capable of selecting the best mirror to use from Apache (something along
the lines of netselect, or, if we could, re-use the Apache's own mechanism that
is responsible for selecting a mirror for you when you click on
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi)
