Just in time for global warming, Buckeye Road is now open! One puzzling thing, though. Instead of getting a bike lane and a parking lane, we have a combo parking/bike lane. So in the residential area the road looks like four Matchbox car tracks set side-by-side. I thought the deal was for a bike lane and a parking lane.
A green bike route sign would be a nice touch, too. Just to remind motorists that even though they can park their rigs on Buckeye, they may see a bicycle now and again.
