Buckeye looks the same as Johnson and Gorham where we have a bike lane next to a 
parking lane.  There should be regulatory signs (rectangular shape with black letters 
on a white background) that read "curb lane bicycles, parking and right turns only", 
or something like that.  This is the sign that establishes the bike lane (and tells 
motorists to expect bicyclists, although motorists should expect bicyclists on all 
roads) and prohibits people from driving cars in that lane except to park or make a 
right turn.  The green bike route signs are guidance signs only, they have no 
regulatory implications (that is, the have no enforceability).
