Title: [Bikies] Exiting cars
Dear Larry,

It is my 1948 Chev Carryall, a family friend.  The keylock is only on the passenger door.  Even in old movies, the driver of cars slides over and exits at the curb.  My Carryall can be seen in my Louis Reed Race photo here---<louisreedrace.blogspot.com>--and click on the race photo to enlarge.  I have driven the speedometer over twice around.

Dear Group,

Remember in the old days:  Cars had the key locks only on the right hand
or "street" side door.  People slid over and exited on the curb side.  I
have no idea when car locks were put on driver side doors?

Eric
