Remember the YouTube video of the NYCPD officer knocking a CM cyclist
off his bicycle this summer? How the bicyclist was arrested for assault,
but the charges were dropped after the amateur video was publicized? The
PO has now been indicted-- yes, a felony charge-- presumably for filing
false records. Details after the indictment is unsealed.

(In other news-- which admittedly has nothing to do with bicycles-- the
five RCMP officers who tasered an unarmed Polish immigrant five times--
twice after he started convulsing-- to death last year in the Vancouver
BC airport-- also videoed by bystanders-- have been... cleared... of...
