I noticed over the weekend that there is a tremendous amount of
garbage along the SW bike path near Allied. It is actually necessary to
"portage" like Lewis and Clark to avoid the glass in one spot. Is there any
sort of community get-together to clean up that part of the neighborhood? If
not, I would like to offer it up as a good way for people of different
backgrounds to get together and do some community service. I am volunteering to
help out but will need some support from others and maybe some bags and a drop
off point from the city.
Would anyone else like to help out?
