No mike, as shown on this site, bikers organize against Aldermen who oppose or seem not to support new bike infrastructure?  That was shown on this listserv?  Again, I don't live or pay taxes there.  Yet some of your infrastucture is paid with outside monies.  As far as "happy with the funding mix" goes--then ask the resident taxpayers?
