Seems to me, as well, that a minimum requirement for a Bike Blvd should be that
most (if
not all) cross streets should have stop signs. Okay, they _might_ claim that N.
Blair and
N. Baldwin are "arteries", so setting those aside, going west on E. Mifflin --
N. Few, N.
Ingersoll, N. Paterson and N. Blount are all "through" (no Stop) crossing E.
Mifflin. Not
exactly "Bike Blvd" material, in my humble opinion.
