If they're bent up, in disarray, or if there are just not enough parking spaces, open a work order with Facilities, Planning and Maintenance (FPM). I met the person in charge of maintaining the racks when he was working at the north end of Mechanical Engineering last week.
WARF ought to get with the program and license a manufacturer to make these for other municipal applications! More, better bike parking and more money for UW!
