the one in the worst condition at the moment is the Law Park path from the convention center west to Broom St. Also, from the tracks to east of the Sheridan, the path is really bad. The patches that Streets or whoever did on the east rail corridor path from Marquette on east are great, and do wonders. I would post more things to the city if the form were not so cumbersome to fill out. I'd suggest making a user ID and allowing people to enter that, rather than all their redundant information each time.
