Two more suggestions for the Law Park ped/bike path, which I would have made had I been able to attend the focus group:
1) Move the water skiers out of Law Park. The park is too narrow to accommodate their activities, not to mention the massive carbon footprint involved in high-speed motor boating. Also, the ski club gets an extremely discounted rate for the use of the park, especially unjustifiable in the current budget climate. 2) Consider putting bike lanes on John Nolen for high-speed bicyclists. This would go a long way to eliminate some of the conflicts in Law Park.
