I didn't visit. :^)

=v= The dynamics vary with amount of congestion, but overall
car traffic in cities even the size of Madison is a zero-sum
game for cars or very close to it. If there's a toll on
pedestrians' or bicyclists' lives, geting rid of right turn
on red is worth consideration.
