Those do show a shift in the path at Dickenson. However, my guess is that
there is not any new lighting going in there as there is a street light at
that intersection.

I recall seeing a message about new lighting being installed, but thought
it was only two or three lights, primarily between Blount and Paterson, but
I can't find the message now.
