It is temporary lighting to replace the wall mounted lights that were on the DOA Bldg.

However, my guess is that there is not any new lighting going in there as there is a street light at that intersection. I recall seeing a message about new lighting being installed, but thought it was only two or three lights, primarily between Blount and Paterson, but I can't find the message now.
