Note that to get from the E Mifflin Street Bicycle Boulevard to the Capitol Square requires a turn onto N Hamilton, so access from E Mifflin to the Cap Sq is impacted as well. You should be able to walk your bicycle along to sidewalk on the 10 East block of E Mifflin (first block on the Square approaching from the east) to get around the closure. - - Arthur N Hamilton St Closure Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, April 18th, Intercon Construction will close the southbound half of N Hamilton Ave at E Mifflin St in order to complete underground utility construction. The closure will last until 7:00 a.m. Thursday, April 21st. During the closure, vehicles driving toward the capitol will still be able to turn left from N Hamilton St to E Mifflin St. However, vehicles will not be able to access the Capital Square from N Hamilton Ave. A single lane will remain open to allow vehicles to turn off the Capital Square from N Pinckney St to N Hamilton St. If you have any questions, direct them to the contact person listed.
