Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science or Information Technology with min GPA is 3.0 (on 4.0 scale) ¢ Good knowledge in programming (Visual Studio 2008, ASP.Net, VB.Net VB6, Crystal Report 8.5, SQL Server, etc) ¢ Having knowledge and experience of LAN/WAN, PC and peripheral troubleshooting would be an advantage ¢ Proactive, Fast learner, Good adaptability, flexibility and can work under pressure b. IT Hardware/Network Support (K-HS) - 1 person ¢ Male with max 25 years old ¢ Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information System or Computer Engineering with GPA 3.0 (on 4.0 scale) ¢ Having knowledge about PC (specification, troubleshooting), Networking (LAN, Internet) ¢ Having knowledge about OS (Windows XP and Windows 2003/2005 server) ¢ Have competency in implementing and secure communication networking LAN, WAN, Internet, E-mail (Web Server, Mail / Exchange Server, Firewall) and Citrix ¢ Having CCNA and CCNP certificate would be an advantage ¢ Expert in Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) ¢ Proactive, Fast learner, Good adaptability, flexibility and can work under pressure ¢ User satisfaction oriented and eager to help people c. IT Helpdesk (K-HD) - 1 person ¢ Female or male with max 25 years old ¢ Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Management or Accounting with min GPA is 3.0 (on 4.0 scale) ¢ Having knowledge and experience of LAN/WAN, PC and peripheral troubleshooting would be an advantage ¢ Having knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) would be an advantage ¢ Proactive, Fast learner, Good adaptability, flexibility and can work under pressure ¢ User satisfaction oriented and eager to help people d. IT Data Center Head (K-DCH) - 1 person ¢ Male with max 30 years old ¢ Min.
