Hi,
I've had an ongoing error for quite some time with karyoploteR and I fixed it a
few weeks ago. However, it seems that the builder is not picking the newest
version.
The current version in RELESASE_3_21 is 1.34.2 (and this is what I see in
DESCRIPTION if I clone the repo) but the builder is picking 1.34.0 and so the
reports keeps failing. Any idea of what's going on? If it can be of any help,
the package was failing during release, so I think the version being served to
users is 1.33.0
The devel servers are picking the newest version 1.35.2, but they are failing
there because of bamsignals.
