I'm not quite sure on the status of the release builders, but the failing
reports e.g.
https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/karyoploteR/palomino7-buildsrc.html
suggest that the git snapshot was made at
2025-06-05 13:40 -0400 (Thu, 05 Jun 2025), which is before you commits to
make version 1.34.2.  Admittedly the top of the page says 'This page was
generated on 2025-06-09 11:42 -0400 (Mon, 09 Jun 2025).' so there seems to
be quite some lag, but maybe you just need to wait for the next build cycle
on Thursday.
