Greetings Ontbirds people,
The TOWNSEND'S SOLITAIRE was seen again this morning, 4 February, at or near
the same location (#38 Rothwell Dr.), between 7:30 AM and 8:15 AM, and again
at ~ 10:15. No afternoon reports as yet, but it certainly seems to be fond
of this location. Some patience seems to be required.
Also, for those inclined to spend some time in this very pleasant
neighbourhood, a Carolina Wren was seen & heard at #112 Rothwell Dr. ~ noon
today, and a Barred Owl was exposed by Am. Crows in the cedars behind the
house at #38.
Please note that this is a very narrow and ice/slush-clogged residential
street, and endeavour not to obstruct driveways, i.e. if you see other
vehicles along the road, please park on the same side. The residents have
so far been interested and very friendly, and let's not jeopardize that.

DIRECTIONS:
>From the west - take Hwy 417 east to the Blair Rd. exit and go north on
Blair, then right (east) on Ogilvie Rd, cross Montreal Rd. and then turn
left on Naskapi Dr. which becomes Rothwell Dr. as you head north.
>From the east - take the St. Joseph exit, go west on St. Joseph which
becomes Montreal Rd. Turn right (north) on Ogilivie Rd. and proceed as
described.
