Hi Ontbirds people,

The Townsend's Solitaire is still present in Rothwell Heights, Ottawa, and
was most recently reported yesterday (March 10) in the spruces at #5 Coxford
St. Also in the neighbourhood were ~20 Bohemian Waxwings and several
American Robins. Thanks again to Justin Peter for keeping eyes and ears
open for the Solitaire and notifying the OFNC Bird Status Line re: updates.

DIRECTIONS:

>From west of Ottawa, take Hwy 417 east to the 417/174 split, proceed on 174
and exit at Blair Rd. From the east, take 174 to the Blair exit as well. Go
north on Blair, then right (east) on Ogilvie Rd. Cross Montreal Rd. and
continue left (north) on Ogilvie, then take the 1st left (west) onto Naskapi
Dr. Follow Naskapi which becomes Rothwell Dr. as you head northwest.
Coxford St. is a very short street that runs between Wick Cr. and Wren Rd.
These streets are very narrow; please do not block laneways and please DO
NOT ENTER PRIVATE PROPERTY.

Good birding,
Chris Lewis
