Greetings Ontbirders, We had two Purple Martins over the Vistor's Centre at noon today. No othor new arrivals to report. The west beach afforded great views of Surf Scoter and huge rafts of Scaup etc. With the east winds of the past few days the rafts are close to the west shore and should remain there until after noon tomorrow. Weekend forcast looks better for migrants, especially overnight Saturday and Sunday morning.
