Weather:
Today’s conditions were a mix of sun and cloud particularly early in the
day. Winds were moderate to fairly strong with varying easterly and
southerly components. 


Raptor Observations:
Most of the heavier movement of the day was early, with almost 90% of the
flight taking place between 9 and 11am, corresponding to the brightest
part of the day. The majority of the birds were in the form of some
sizable groups of Broad-wings that were very cooperative, flying at a
moderate height and directly overhead. Heavier cloud cover and a sporadic
raptor flight dominated much of the afternoon.
