Hello Everyone
This afternoon did a quick run out east of Ottawa. There were 46
Sandhill Cranes along Milton Road with a flock of 6 and 7 close to the road
while a larger flock of 33, were off Smith Road. The Eared Grebes were
still present at Alfred Sewage Lagoon. I observed 5 individuals after 20
minutes of searching. They were in the north west corner of the east cell.
Also had 100+ Ruddy Ducks, 2 Redhead, and 1 Rough-legged Hawk flew over Peat
Moss Road.
At the Casselman Sewage Lagoon there were 56 Ruddy Ducks and 1 Snow
Bunting.
