Today at 3:00 PM, there was a first year male King Eider off the beach at Colonel Sam Smith Park in Toronto.
Sam Smith is south of the foot of Kipling Ave. Follow Kipling to the south as far as it will go and from the southernmost parking lot, walk south to the lake. The Eider was near the shore of the first bay to the west, accompanied by a trio of Red-breasted Mergansers.
