Good evening Ontbirders.

Our daily Rondeau warbler count reached 23 species, with the addition
this afternoon of Prothonotary on Bennett Road (near the second bench
from the parking lot) and Blue-winged Warbler on Harrison Trail.
Good lists were recorded for the Maintenance Loop, as well
as Tulip Tree, Spicebush, South Point and Harrison Trails. Of these,
Spicebush was particularly lively, with small mixed flocks of warblers
moving through.

Recent arrivals in the park include Veery, Philadelphia Vireo and Chimney Swift.

The bird garden and feeders at the Visitor Centre viewing window were
very active. A total of 20 species were seen today. Recent highlights
include Purple Finch, Lincoln's Sparrow, a pair of Tufted Titmouse,
Red-bellied Woodpecker, Ruby-throated Hummingbird, and both Baltimore
and Orchard Orioles.

Good birding!
