Hey Folks, Returning from Ecuador early due to possibly harbouring malaria, I did what any good person would and went birding immediately with Kyle in Whitby.
At the bridge north of Whitby Harbour on Brock Street, we had a Dunlin and a Killdeer. December Shorebirding!! The Snowy Owl was sitting on the end of the rock spit at the Harbour, across from the lighthouse. Whitby Harbour is at the south end of Brock Street, the shorebird spot is just North of there on Brock Street. Cheers to Winter Birds!! It's nice to be back.
