The juncos are learning at a rapid pace. Shortly after I posted this morning's 
message, up to four juncos were feeding on the suet by clinging to the side of 
the cage. By 1:30, one had figured out that if you stand on top of the suet 
feeder and reach down, you have solid footing and can gorge without struggling 
to stay on the feeder. Another is trying to figure out how to eat Niger from a 
hanging feeder - funny to watch as the perches make the birds hang upside down.

The activity here is frenzied due to the snow squall that are enveloping the 
area.
