I made the trip in slightly bad driving today but found at least 1, probably more of the Fish Crows. It was difficult to know how many unique individuals there were as they were moving quite a bit enhanced by passing cars and dogs.
There were a couple of hundred American Crows and they were primarily associated with the group. Snow blowers made listening somewhat difficult at times. They spent most of the time in the backyards of the residences on Lindbergh which is one street over from Bowen between Rio Vista golf course and the river. A dog walker made an interesting comment - he says the crows are most active on Friday mornings since that is the local garbage day - might be worth planning a trip based on that?
