Hello today (Sunday) at 11:30 am the 30 GRAY PARTRIDGE were seen again in the same location at the eastern end of the strip of corn stalks on the south side of Giroux Rd just east of Frank Kenny Rd.
Once they flushed a Northern Goshawk landed in the scrub pile beside the road to pose for a photo then flew over the north field scanning the spot to where the partridges relocated. As noted before: the birds will flush when a slow moving vehicle drives by their hiding spot in the stalks. Try passing the end of the corn row at 40 - 60 km park and walk back to find them.
